this is the logo from my boutique. in hong kong, i am known as the place that sells girls super cool fashion from the united states-- or more specifically, los angeles and new york. the denim brands i carry are the usual-- siwy skinnys, jbrand, tsubi before kusbi, paige, hudson, earnestsewn, 1921... though these have changed since hk people like to follow each other, i have had to drop tsubi and earnest sewn, due to the fact that the 3 major deparment stores now carry them. after i opened. some other brands are-- mary ping, ghita, c.ronson, ya ya, alexander wang, alexander herchcovitch, opening ceremony.. anyway i could go on, but you get the idea. i basically carry what girls should be wearing, not what the lindsays and jessicas of the world are wearing. though sometimes, i throw in a couple of those in here, and they obviously sell right away. it annoys me, yes, but hey. it sells.
it's almost been 2 years since my boutique's been in business, and from what i hear in the press, i have given women a better place to shop, to get those hard to find things. what i have noticed though, anything that is different, hk socialite women will eat it up since they do not do anything but shop and read overseas magazines daily. there are the girls that just need party outfits here and there. i am not a party top store, but girls manage.
so i introduce to you trace boutique. you can take a look at me @ traceboutique.com, or come to hong kong, or visit me in la. since i am helping turn heads in fashionable hk, i am going to start blogging what i feel are the best... not best for right now, but what i think can be best for you to have and wear for a long time. or for the season. i guess it just depends what kind of girl you are... or in my eyes, how much you really know about fashion.
always be your luxurious self. do not leave that dress or top in the closet for a special occasion. just wear it people.
